Key Timeline
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request returns, exchanges, or report any issues with your order.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or the product is out for delivery.
When You Can Cancel

- Before the order has been shipped
- Before the seller has initiated the shipping process
Special Cases
MOUSHREE ENTERPRISE LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
Alternative Option
If your cancellation request cannot be processed because the item is already shipped or out for delivery, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
We offer refund/exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
Eligibility Requirements
In order to become eligible for a return or exchange:
- The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it
- The item must have original packaging
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return/exchange
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
Return Process

- Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
Quality Check Process
For accepted return/exchange requests, once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification. If approved after quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
Refund Timeline
In case of any refunds approved by MOUSHREE ENTERPRISE LLP, it will take 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Warranty Issues
For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
You agree that there may be certain categories of products/items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories would be identified to you at the time of purchase.
